How do I view / inspect a data table in Acrobat

To view the tagged table, Select the Advaced menu, then scroll down to "Accessibility" option and open the "TouchUp Reading" Order.

TouchUp Reading Order

  1. All tag items on the page will be highlighted with assigned numbers. These numbers indicate the reading order for the page. Also all items will be marked with tagdesignations such as "figure" and "table".
  2. Next, right click on a table and Select the "Table Inspector".

  3. The table is now highlighted, Next Select a cell and right click to View the Table Cell Properties.

  4. In the Table Cell Properties menu, Select whether the cell is a header or data and whether or not the scope is a row, column, both, or none.

  5. After the selections have been made then press OK.
