How Do I Create Footnotes?

Start by using “Insert; Reference; Footnote” in your Word Document. If the destination of the document will be the web consider using and endnote rather than a footnote.

Can I save my word document as an HTML file?

You should avoid doing this. Word adds many codes and styles that will have to be stripped out of the HTML file.

Can I paste an image into a word document?

Yes you can. Be sure to format the image as “in-line” and add alternative text.

How do I create a Group Object?

Object groups are created when one or more images are inserted using the "Draw" tool.

What is the Mimimum Font Size?

The Minimum Font Size to use is 12 pt. There is not standard for the Maximum Font Size.

Can I use Word to create a Form?

The recommendation is not to use Word to develop forms. A Form design tool such as Adobe LiveCycle should be used.
