How do I set 508 compliant layout properties for graphics in MS Word?

To set layout properties for graphics in Word 2003, follow the instructions below:

1. Right click on the graphic and choose “Format Picture.”
   
2. In the “Format Picture” box:
1. Click on the “Layout” tab
2. Under “Wrapping style” click on “In line with text”
3. Click on the “OK” button
